The Acting Head of the Department is Yarovenko Tetiana, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associated Professor.

Educational process is provided: 2 doctors of economic sciences, 4 PhDs in Economics, engineer of the second category, senior laboratory assistant.

Teaching staff of the Department:

Steblianko Iryna
– Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor. She teaches disciplines: "National economy", "Regional economics", "Social responsibility".

Yarovenko Tetiana – Professor of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associated Professor. She teaches disciplines: "World economy and foreign economic relations of Ukraine", "International economic analysis", "Regional development management", "Global marketing strategies", "Transformation economy", "International economic relations".

Voloshko Nataliia – Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor. She teaches disciplines: "Country studies", "Transnationalization of the world economy", "National economy", "State and regional administration", "Regulation of socio-economic processes".

Skrypnyk Natalya – Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor. She teaches disciplines: «"Methodology and organization of scientific research", "Methodology of teaching professional disciplines in higher school", "European Economy", "Integration of Ukraine into the EU", "World economy", "National economy".

Don Olga – Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy, PhD in Economics. She teaches disciplines: "International security", "International organizations", "Economic systems of the age of global change", "Organization of business", "Global trade system".

Stavytska Alla – senior lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy, PhD in Economics. She teaches disciplines: "International monetary relations", "Global macroeconomic relations", "Organization of business", "Economic development of modern civilization", " Theory of international economic relations ", "History of international economic relations", "WTO regulatory policy".

Kulakova Yuliia – engineer of the second category of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy.

Girman Natalia – senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Economics and Management of National Economy.

The Department of Economics and Management of National Economy is a graduation in two levels of higher education:

the first (bachelor) level – 3 years 10 months of study in the specialty 292 "International Economic Relations" (educational program "International Economic Relations");
the second (master) level – 1 year 5 months of study (based on a bachelor's degree) in the specialty 292 "International Economic Relations" (educational program "International Economic Relations").


Areas of research of the Department:

1. Structural development of the national economy.
2. Social economy.
3. World economy and regulation of international economic relations.
4. Current trends in the world economy and international economic relations.
5. International socio-economic processes.
6. International labor market and migration security.

The teaching staff of the Department performs research work on topics:

– "Global Problems, Threats and Challenges of Economic Development" (№ 0116U003356), in 2016-2018
– "New trends in socio-economic development in the global dimension" (№ 0119U101150), in 2019-2021
– «Theoretical and methodological principles of development of international economic relations in the context of global challenges», in 2022-2024
Student victories in competitions and olympiads:

- Aksenova A. under the direction of PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Bondarevska Kseniia won the 1st place in the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works on specialization «Management of foreign economic activity» (in 2019);
- Aksenova A. under the direction of PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Bondarevska Kseniia won the 2nd place in the regional competition “Achieving Sustainable Development Goals” of the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine (in 2019);
- Karyaka V. under the direction of PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Bondarevska Kseniia received a diploma in the category: "Creative approach to solving a problem" at the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the specialty: "Personnel management and labor economics" (in 2018);
- Pilina О. under the direction of PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Voloshko Nataliia received the diploma of the third degree of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline "Economics of Environmental Management" (in 2019);
- Lytvynenko І. under the direction of Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Sardak Sergiy received the diploma of the third degree at the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the direction of "International economic relations" (in 2018).

Study programs abroad:

– in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences in Mittweid (Germany), there is a double diploma program for the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education;
– in cooperation with the University of Le Mans (France) a double diploma program for the second (master's) level is in operation.

The activity of the Department is aimed at forming the contemporary outlook of future specialists in the field of international economic relations, management of human resources. The Department provides research and obtaining the latest knowledge, training of competitive personnel, able to implement the obtained professional knowledge in the development of priority sectors of the national economy.


Students and PhD students take an active part in the Erasmus Mundus international exchange program, which offers competitive opportunities for one to two semesters to study at European universities in the framework of academic mobility. 

Employment opportunities for graduates:

Training of a specialist in international economic relations provides competitive advantages and great opportunities to choose a place of future employment, based on their own desires and current situation in the labor market. Work in the field of international economic relations is promising, the industry has a tendency to dynamic development and objectively unlimited field of activity, which implies the continuity of relations within the framework of economic, political and cultural cooperation with representatives of other countries of the world.

Graduates of the specialty can work at enterprises of all forms of ownership, including with foreign capital, banks, insurance companies, investment funds, international organizations, government bodies and local self-government, and be specialists in international economic relations in the modern business environment.

Lecturers of the Department are constantly in touch with potential employers, that provides additional opportunities for students for further employment.
