Citizens from more than 40 eligible countries are welcome to apply online for the Latvian state scholarships for studies. Call for applications for the academic year 2023/2024 is open from 1st February to 1st April.
Latvian state scholarships are provided for international students, researchers, academic and scientific teaching staff at Latvian higher education institutions.
