Forbes Ukraine and Work.ua conducted a survey of CEOs of 343 well-known Ukrainian companies to find out which university they graduated from. Oles Honchar Dnipro National University was included in the TOP-7 universities that train real business leaders by the number of graduates.
Our university shared the 5th-7th places with Donetsk National Technical University and the State University “Kyiv Aviation Institute”. Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman took the first place in the ranking.
The job search website Work.ua conducted a survey of recruitment specialists from more than 2,000 companies to find out the impact of a university's reputation for the chances of a young professional getting a first job. Almost every second (45%) HR specialist notes the influence of the place of higher education on the probability of receiving an invitation to an interview when he comes to the first job.
The authors of the study assure that higher education is the basis for competence, and only highly qualified specialists can realize our dreams of Ukraine's development after the war.
